A: No all bikes are collection only.
Q: Do you wrap and box your bikes for me to send a courier?
A: No we do not wrap or box bikes
Q: Is there a guarantee on second-hand bikes
A: Yes, 28 days covering any mechanical parts from the day of purchase. All repairs are done in-house but does not cover misuse or damages caused by the rider.
Q: Can I take a faulty bike to my local shop for them to repair and pay you the bill?
A: No all repairs are done in-house only.
Q: Are all second-hand bikes serviced prior to sale?
A: Yes all second-hand bikes will have been cleaned, serviced and new parts will have been added if needed.
Q: On a new bike what guarantee do I get?
A: A 28 days guarantee with us.
Q: On a new bike do I get a free safety check after I’ve had the bike for a couple of weeks?
A: Yes we offer a free 6-week safety check on all new bikes.
Q: Are the new bikes assembled for free?
A: Yes all our new bikes are assembled and ready to go free of charge.
Q: Do you give a discount?
A: Sadly not, we try to sell our bikes as cheap as possible already.
Q: Can I test ride the bike before the purchase?
A: Sadly not
Q: Can I part-ex my old bike?
A: Sadly not
Q: Can I purchase the second-hand and new bike and take it away on the same day?
A: Yes, all bikes are ready to go.
Q: Would you set the bike up for my personal riding position?
A: Yes, we will make sure you go away feeling comfortable on your bike.
Q: If I purchase a second-hand bike online and it’s not the right bike for me when I collect it, can I exchange or get a refund?
A: Yes, if you purchase a bike online and decide it’s not the right bike for you when you come to collect, we can exchange or refund.
Q: If I buy a new bike and it’s not right for me can I exchange or refund?
A: Yes as long as the bike has not been ridden and is in the same condition it was when it left our shop in.
